Tonight I suspect it was on purpose because the app was in delay mode and I circumvented that by ordering via speaker instead. It was Friday March 27 at 6:16pm, a time of day I don't usually come. The girl was giggling when she handed it to me, which I thought was odd. This is why I'm only giving 1 star. I won't renew my Sip Club membership either when it expires in May. I conveniently did not get any receipt, nor did this transaction get posted to my account; so they made like it didn't happen. Therefore I cannot complain about it formally, from what I see. That cements my opinion that it was on purpose.

I’ve been able to do this for at least a year, so I didn’t think it would be an issue. The cashier told me it wasn’t allowed, and when the manager got on the headset, she immediately responded with, “What is your problem?” which felt unnecessarily rude. I calmly explained that I simply wanted to split the cookie flavors, as I’ve done many times before. Instead of politely explaining a policy change, she questioned me about which employee had allowed it in the past. It felt more like an interrogation than a customer service interaction. In the end, I just ordered one flavor and left. The attitude and tone were completely unnecessary. Customer service should never make a simple order feel like a confrontation.
