Pretty sad that they don't have all of the ingredients made up for their breakfast menu. Sausage is the main component yet they didn't have any....could have waited for it to be cooked but that shouldn't have even been a suggestion. Not the first time that this has happened guess we need to find a different go to. Step up your game!

made an online order assuming it would be faster. when i got there there was one car in the drive thru parking lot practically empty. get to the speaker box and the guy keeps interrupting me i said i have a mobile order for “the name” then asks me for the name and as im saying it interrupts me again. gets to the window waits 3 minutes they hand out the drink then asks me to pull forward then i proceed to wait 15 minutes for the food to come out while everyone else is getting their food mind you all that was ordered was nuggets and a burger… got home NO SAUCES. Already knew this wendy’s was the bad one but jesus just close atp and received no customer service like you can’t even apologize that it took so long just a blank stare no talking while handing me my order.

Sat at the drive-thru no one answered. Drove around to the window to order supposedly they did not know I was there. Order chicken sandwich said it only take a couple minutes they had to cook it.( Kind of thought it always had to be cooked). 10 minutes later finally got my sandwich.
