  I would give 5 stars but i have been here a few times and every time it takes 10+ minutes to get my food and before someone complains about “you have never worked a fast food job before” I have i actually worked at a taco bell for 3 years and was a manager i get the store can be busy but it wasn’t that busy when i went in and it still took 10+ minutes to get my food other than that it was good

  This taco bell has single handledly ruined eating taco bell for me. I'm a Huge taco bell fan, and now I have to make it a point to go to one every time I'm in a different town/state because the ones in my hometown are so awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. 9/10 it's drive thru only, and the drive thru moves in slow motion. No matter how many cars, 3-20, expect at least an hour wait because the employees do NOT want to work. The tortillas always seem old. The food thrown together wrecklessly. The employees are rude and dirty. i decided to try this taco bell again for the first time in over a year today (11/10). Ordered doordash breakfast at 9:50 ( breakfast "ends" at 11). Dasher waiting in drive thru line for an hour, gets to window at 10:45, and is bluntly told they won't be making any more breakfast orders. I had to cancel my order simply due to their slowness, laziness, or incompetence. My order wasn't placed last minute. I'd been waiting an hour already.

  Anyone else noticing how slow the drive through is these days? Taco Bell used to be the fastest back a few years. Now they have managed to figure how to take the fastest genre of food and make it insanely slow. I love the food so I suck it up and sit in line for 30 minutes somedays but I wish you would hire a manager away from Chicfila and steal some of their procedures. They're cooking a chicken breast in half the time it takes you to spoon some taco meat into a tortilla

  The food at TB is always great. But dear God, can you guys not wrap a burrito correctly? Not only is the burrito not even put together, but the wrappers aren't even folded around the food. This TBs employees need training on how to fold a burrito and put food in wrappers correctly.

  To anyone who complains about wait time, you should know by now that when any restaurant is busy, it is going to be a longer wait time. It's kind of a no brainer, if you actually go inside the store you will see the employees all being productive and working. Quit whining like a baby and go somewhere less busy if you have a problem waiting. Great store, great food, and great service.
