  I was very excited to get some Sonic for lunch today. Upon getting home and getting ready to eat, I realize that the double smash burger I ordered is not there. Instead there is this mess of a “burger”, which to me looks more like someone who just threw a bunch of topping into the box and shook it up. In addition to it being the wrong burger, the burger I got is practically inedible. There is about half a jar of mayo on this thing and eat bite tastes worse than the one before it. The tater tots are squished into the carton and taste undercooked. I usually do not leave reviews like this or get this frustrated with fast food places, but this is arguable the worst experience I have ever had eating fast food.

  I ordered a drink with extra lime juice simple I politely asked one of the lady’s for a bit extra lime and then she proceeded to squirt a couple squirts in it which is normal then she proceeded to take the cap off the bottom and pour the whole lime bottle into my drink as she jokes and laughed with her fellow co workers then she proceeds to take my drink somewhere in the kitchen where I couldn’t see her and at this point I’m not sure what’s she did to it but I did see her use the faucet and put water into my drink after dumping the entire lime juice in it then she handed me the dripping sticky drink and when I asked for napkins she finally decided to speak up and say I had to pay for extra extra when the app clearly doesn’t give me the option which she said herself all around just unprofessional no one begged u to work at sonic if u aren’t happy with ur job then quit 2/12/26

  We came during a rush, and were very understanding that it was busy and we would have to wait for our food. Our order taker was VERY rude. It costs nothing to be nice, we understand you are stressed but as someone who also works a food service job it’s not hard to still be kind.

  I order on their app. When got there put in stall number. Had to wait 16 minutes to get 2 route 44 iced teas brought out and the employee acted like i was a bother even though i tipped a dollar for a 5 dollar order
