Every time I visit, the crew is high-energy, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s their first time or their fiftieth, they take the time to make sure your order is exactly how you want it, which is no small feat given the endless topping combinations. Even when the lunch rush is in full swing and the kitchen is buzzing, the team stays remarkably composed and attentive. They move with a level of coordination that’s great to watch, but they never make you feel like you’re just a number in line. It’s rare to find a fast-casual spot where the employees seem to genuinely enjoy working together and helping out their customers, but the Manhattan team nails it. Between the helpful service and those perfectly salted fries, it’s easily one of my favorite local spots for a quick, hassle-free meal.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
