They offered to remake our entire order instead of making us go all the way back across town during rush hour. Thank you so much for showing customer service is still alive!!!

I waited Thirty minutes for my MooLatte and small plain cone with sprinkles. I had To go up and ask for it. Then they didn’t get my small cone just handed me an ice cream with some sprinkles. I’ve watched several other people leave with the same items o had but didn’t receive till thirty minutes later. Would not come here!
