  Staff/Manager very friendly. We went inside based on comments about speed of drive-thru. Our food and drive-thru were timely. Food was good/no complaints. Would come back next time I'm in the area.

  The only good thing was the fries. Skimpy wrap filling, hard, overdone hamburgers, small tenderloin.

  The food tasted great but it wasn't as hot as it should be. I would definitely say they have plenty to choose from on their menu. I did go on a off-time so maybe the food just wasn't hot because it wasn't close to a meal time. But overall it satisfactory.

  A few hours ago, I went to dine at Beef-a-Roo for the first time. Upon entering, I noticed that the dinning area was clean and orderly. The young man who waited on me was mature, courteous and civil--very important. I ordered a double cheese burger, small fries and a medium drink. The burger was grilled to perfection and very juicy! The little paper cups for ketchup were DOUBLE the size of all competitors. The fries had a fresh and clean complexion. It seems to me that they change the frying oil frequently which makes the fries taste fresh and easy to digest. As a senior citizen, ease of digestion is important to me. Later, as I was cleaning up the table, one of the other young men, working there, asked me how everything was. I told him, "fabulous!". He seemed to care about what I thought of the food. I appreciate his concern for my dinning experience. That made a good impression on me. I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience there, and I HIGHLY recommend Beef-a-Roo. Beef-a-Roo is my new favorite go-to restaurant for burgers.

  Relatively new restaurant that already has a restroom with an out of order sign on it. Went through the drive thru today (there was virtually no customers at the store drive thru or dine in) and was told after about a minute to wait. So we sat there for about 3-4 minutes, so long that someone sweeping water out of the backroom asked me if I'd been helped yet and they put their broom down and told me to pull around. I got to the window and this person took my order through the drive thru window. I order three vanilla milkshakes with whipped topping and cherries on each. I didn't keep track of how long it took, but it was at least 10 minutes (maybe longer) and they brought me three cherry milkshakes with whipped topping, no cherry on top. I confirmed on my receipt that it said vanilla flavor with cherry. The only other time I ate here, the fires had no salt or seasoning on them, the burger was ok.
