  Long drive thru line. Not enough staff. Don't order food because it will take forever. Ice cream takes almost just as long. They won't sell you any side cups of cone dip. I asked for a side of chocolate cone dip in the drive thru. They rang me up a chocolate dipped cone. When I clarified at the window I was told, "We don't do that here." So we paid for the cone anyway and it didn't even have the trademark DQ cone swirl. The ice cream doesn't taste as good as it used to either. The green mint Oreo blizzard tasted meh. It wasn't the best DQ experience today.

  was enjoying my ultimate fudge brownie blizzard. i usually save the fudge for last and try to eat around it, but when i went to eat the fudge middle there was nothing:/ the whole point of it being more expensive is the middle.

  This is THE WORST experience we've EVER had with ANY fast food!!! I ordered online through dq website, they allocated to doordash. Fine. I ordered a chicken strip meal, a chzburger deluxe dbl meal, & 2 small blizzards. Doordash gets here, bags are SEALED, I open them to find everything BUT THE BURGER!!! I call the store immediately she told me there were 3 bags, I message driver he's adamant there were only 2. I call doordash & report him, then call the store back, now they tell me there were TWO bags, not 3. One hour, one cold...assure me the burger was in there, IT WAS NOT, straight up continued to argue with me, then HUNG UP ON ME!!! DUDE... You have one job. Make sure everything is in an order before sending it, that is LITERALLY your responsibility. Your telling me the burgers in the bag, when it was sealed when I got it, I opened it everything should be there. B it wasn't, that's in you 500%. We will keep our dq business to West loop at least they are friendly, get our order right& didn't treat customers like crap. I will NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR STORE TO ANYONE EVER. (we only ordered cuz our car is broken down) Just for retrospect.

  Who doesn't love DQ? The ice cream is always good and the fried food is too! The service isn't always quick at the drive through. If someone orders food, be prepared to wait in the drive through until it is cooked. This store does not ask customers to pull over and wait, the joy is shared by all!

  Disappointed, this location had their lobby closed on a weekday at 5pm. Never have I gone to a DQ and not been able to dine in. We will never go to this location again.
