I ordered a bowl and it was honestly embarrassing to even be handed something that looked like that. There was barely half a scoop of rice, a tiny amount of black beans even though I clearly asked for extra, the extra sour cream I requested was completely ignored, and the chicken was COMPLETELY COLD. The bowl looked sad, rushed, and like nobody working there cared at all. The quality and effort were just as disappointing as the portions. It felt sloppy, careless, and thrown together with zero attention to what the customer actually asked for. When you go somewhere expecting a decent meal and get something that looks like it was made with no effort or pride, it’s frustrating and irritating. This kind of service and lack of attention is unacceptable. Do better, because experiences like this make people not want to come back at all. 👎😡
