- BPBrook ParkerMar 26, 20262.0Chipotle, you are not doing at all. For $16 you would think to give people more meat in their order. I barely got any in my bowl. Not to mention rice also. Mostly sour cream and guacamole. Which i love guacamole, no complaint there. The other chipotle, your team member and management is complete crap. Your customer service isn't great. Your leadership needs to be evaluated.

After she finished preparing, she pushed the food down toward the cash register where it sat while she started preparing for the next customer. We waited in front of our food through 3 more customers when I caught her attention and asked if we could pay for our food. She yelled out at someone who came over and rang our order up. The customer service was terrible!

It had maybe 7 piece of steak in it and little to no sour cream. For $10, it was a very disappointing meal, along with how small the burrito was when I got it.
