  I placed an online order and paid for it in advance. When I got to the drive thru it was 10 minutes before 10:00 (which apparently Taco Bell isnt 24 hours anymore and closes at 10:00). The person running the drive thru simply said please hold. So I waited, after 5 minutes of waiting, I started to say hello until he finally answered. When I told him I was picking up an online order he told me to go to the 2nd window. When I got to the window I saw him mopping the floor with his headset on. He wasn't busy serving customers, he was trying to make me wait until after 10:00 to say they were closed, which is what he did to the car behind me. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when he had an order that had already been paid for.

  Don't bother. 48 mins to get a taco and burrito. Tried to refund. Got some shoulders shrugged at me. Go anywhere else.

  Staff especially Manager so rude that she will make sure that no one goes there again. I want the management to look at the recording for today March 15 around 6 to see how rude she is to the customers and take care.
