If i could put zero stars in would everytime i order here my drinks spill all over the lids are never on the forks tips are broken fries all over the bottom of the bag.. come on if im having to clean my seats before I sit down and eat thats frustrating.

I get it. Support local small town restaurants. This is a franchise, yes, but locally owned.
It hasn’t been once —— it’s been a good handful of times that my order is wrong. There was one point that I was given 11 random corn dogs instead of some burger combos I ordered. It was a large order too. I was expecting 3-4 bags. I was not expecting corn dogs.
With each and every wrong order they apologize and hand you a coupon for a free drink. Ok? With every time they take over 30 minutes of waiting—— they hand you one coupon for —— a free drink. Ok. Coupons I will never. Coupons that will get tossed in the trash. Coupons that are not worth the time it took waiting , the gas it took to go all the back and that are not even worth the extra money pad for extra ingredients——- that don’t get added to the burgers.
Rip off? Yes. Theft? Absolutely. Unprofessional? Indubitably.
So what did they do today? I ordered ONE plan cheese burger and other regular burgers. What did I receive? ALL plain burgers.
If they would slow down to think about what they are doing then maybe the orders would come out correctly. I’m tired of paying for extra cheese, extra bacon, extra everything——- and not receiving my order correct.
In the past 2 years, the service has gone from good to terrible. Out of the 3 fast food places in town, this is the worst.

Served raw food not undercooked absolutely raw on the inside refused to refund me and then said it wasn't the cooks fault. How is it not their fault seriously!?!?!?!
