I am a Taco Bell connoisseur and I gotta say, at 8:15 pm on 4/12/2026, I had the best Taco Bell experience of my life. I entered the Taco Bell drive thru with dreams — dreams filled with double beef burrito goodness. I could practically hear the tortilla angels singing as I ordered. But fate, my friends, had other plans. Somewhere between “order confirmed” and “bag handed over,” my double beef burrito vanished into the ether like a beefy phantom. For a split second, my soul left my body. But then… redemption! The Taco Bell crew handled it like pros. Not only did they fix my order, they hit me with a free taco and four coupons — basically the fast-food version of a heartfelt apology letter written in cheese and kindness. So yes, my burrito went missing, but what I got instead was something even rarer: customer service so good it made me temporarily forget the meaning of disappointment. I walked out with my burrito, my dignity restored, and enough coupons to start a small Taco Bell economy. Would I come back? Absolutely. Taco Bell may serve chaos with a side of mild sauce, but their recovery game is unmatched.

This is the third time in a row I’ve had my food messed up. The first time I didn’t get my chips and cheese which I didn’t realize until I was home. The second time they gave us someone else’s order. Now we’re dining in today and when our food comes out it was genuinely the worst looking food I’ve seen. I ordered a cantina chicken bowl with extra chicken. It comes out and I could barely see the chicken. This was after waiting 20 minutes for my food. Then my boyfriend goes to eat his food and he’s missing cheese in his soft taco, nacho cheese sauce in his bean rice and cheese burrito. We were also met with very rude service. I stood at the front for about 7 minutes and had three or four employees look at me before someone yelled that they would be up there in a minute. Then as we were finishing my boyfriend went to use the restroom and there was a dirty glove in the sink. It was just overall a very poor experience, I would not recommend this place.

They charge 3.19 for water. The fryer oil tastes old. Also when I order the chips and cheese they really skimp on the chips. For anything with meat they put maybe a quarter oz of meat. I’ll make the drive to 159th and metcalf. I’ve given this place several chances.

I ordered two taco supremes, the bacon cheese fries, and a Mexican pizza. The taco shells weren't very crunchy. The Mexican pizza shell was old and/or fried in old oil. It tasted like chemicals so i did not eat it. The fries were old and slightly warm. The girl that gave me my food made a terrible face. No customer service skills. Management needs to get on the ball if they want customers to eat their food.
