  Placed a mobile order. No one working any drive thru windows. Waited 35 minutes to get order.

  I rarely give bad reviews but this McDonald's has been consistently bad for the last 6 months. Old food, rude employees, dirty store. If you dine in you can see there's no sense of urgency with the staff. No one to help seniors who struggle with the kiosk and when in drive thru we've been asked to pull into a handicap spot when their reserved spots were full multiple times. That not only puts us at risk for a ticket but also prevents actual handicapped people from having an open spot. To busy cheating their ave times to care about customer service at all.

  Just went to this McDonald’s to get breakfast. Ordered curbside and got my food but realized I forgot to get a packet of picante for my food and I wasn’t wearing shoes so I tried to go through the drive through to ask for it and I was told I was unable to get a packet of picante because the menus had just switched over to lunch. I asked her “so I can’t get a SAUCE PACKET because the menu is on lunch now?” And she said no. I said that doesn’t make sense and she asked in the RUDEST voice I have ever been spoken to in a drive through “ SO WHAT IS IT YOU ARE WANTING???” whoever was working the drive through at 11 am needs to be fired. If she was too lazy to grab me a sauce packet she’s definitely too lazy to be working at a McDonald’s.

  They don't care for senior citizens at all keep driving just go to the next McDonald's.

  Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches last night. There was No lettuce at all on the sandwich, and barely any mayonnaise. One bite of mayo on each sandwich. Not to mention both sandwiches were incredibly over cooked. They were horrible. Will never go back to this location. Terrible food.
