  I ordered two taco supremes, the bacon cheese fries, and a Mexican pizza. The taco shells weren't very crunchy. The Mexican pizza shell was old and/or fried in old oil. It tasted like chemicals so i did not eat it. The fries were old and slightly warm. The girl that gave me my food made a terrible face. No customer service skills. Management needs to get on the ball if they want customers to eat their food.

  Was so excited for this to come to town but they're already burning bridges. Waited for a full hour for our order and were met with rude and apathetic service. If you told me this location never had a manager I would not be surprised. It's been opened long enough to get the kinks out so this is just culture failure in the site itself. Nobody working here cares so I guess I don't care either.

  I've been to this location seven times since they opened and it's always fresh food. I do typically go for breakfast though. They have messed my order up in minor ways two of the times. But I'd say overall the employees are nice. The service is pretty quick and the food is Taco Bell which I love. I'm sure they got the short end of the stick from the trainers just like every other store in Louisburg did. I hope they succeed

  waited 25 mins for food, asked for extra beef on my Crunchwrap.. which did not come with extra beef, hardly any at all. My girlfriend’s bean and rice burrito had the wrong sauce which was volcano sauce. I also got the supreme dip and they somehow ALWAYS forget my chips.. I just don’t understand how you can forget these simple things like chips with dip. Don’t waste your money here, portions are terrible here and they always forget something. Such a trash establishment, I’ll give it a couple more months and this place will be closed down.

  Went through drive-thru twice in the past week. Unbelievable poor service. First time was on 1/31 at 4:45PM. Paid with cash and employee couldn't count change back, food was cold and no napkins in the bag. Second time was 2/5. We had to repeat a simple order (tacos) and 2 drinks, 3 times. Drinks were incorrect, all 6 tacos were smashed and again, no napkins. It's just as far for us to drive to Paola were the service isn't much better, but tacos aren't smashed and always get napkins in the bag. Too bad this place has poor service as there are very few choices of meals in the Louisburg area, but we will select another restaurant for a quick meal....probably Rice House as they are consistently excellent with food and service.
