I've bought coffee here many times, and I've always had a good experience, but today wasn't like that. Today I ordered an iced coffee, and the cup was so full of ice that I couldn't even fit the straw in. I also ordered a hot caramel coffee, and it seemed like it was just milk with sugar; it didn't even taste like coffee. I hope you pay more attention to what the customer wants and ensure they always have a good experience with you. Thank you.

As good as the drinks are, the service is just as good, the two I wanted to highlight was Marleny and AB. 7 brew was packed But both did a great job. Both were nice and respectful but both also were very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions when I asked for something new. Great service!
