  Ordered tots and brioche breakfast sandwich. It was about 7:30am. Those tots were left from a couple days ago. They were dry, crusty and stale. The bacon on the sandwich was black in color so I know it was left over as well. I paid $10 for horrible breakfast food. Do better or close your business.

  Do not go here! Waited 25 MINUTES just to place an order, and never did. First spot we pulled into the button didn’t work to place our order, but there was no sign stating that. So moved to another spot. After waiting an initial 10 minutes, a girl got on the speaker, asked if I had a pickup order, I said I needed to place an order, she said give us a minute to let the kitchen catch up. I was irritated, but said ok. After another 15 minutes, I was beyond irritated and left. Do better.

  I ordered a fish sandwich a water with lemon and berry and a pup cup. I waited like 20 minutes and then when I noticed everybody around me was getting their order and I wasn't getting my order I asked a guy You know what's going on and he just said they were busy and then I seen a few more orders go out and I asked her she said I don't know and then I asked my server what happened and she looked at me and she said I don't know and they handed me a coupon that says sorry we fudged Not only did nobody know what was going on what happened but they wouldn't find out they wouldn't take any responsibility they just kept telling me they didn't know and they were busy It looked like they dropped my order when I said something because everything pulled up on my screen again and then it finally said we're preparing your meal. And I know exactly what it's like to work at Sonic because I used to work at Sonic and I never would have just looked at a customer and said I don't know and show my shoulders I would have went and said assured them that I'd go find out and get it out to them right away this is not the first time I've been there and the customer service has been very subpar

  Six+ dollars for ok vanilla ice cream/milkshake/not quite sure what it is spritzed with a small handful of acrid brownie brownie bites and terribly cheap chocolate shavings. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to these places. Staff was friendly and fast, but the product is just terrible with an astronomical cost.
