  Called to order $3 personal pan pizzas and quickly remembered why I haven’t used this place in over 7 years. They don’t want to honor the deal that it clearly says online they have. Lazy lazy lazy. And the last time I ordered the pizza was disgusting. Thought after 7 years they might have gotten better. Nope.

  Tonight was the second time I showed up at my pickup time to be told my order hadn't even been started. When I showed up, and older, tall gentleman asked my name and my order before walking off to never be seen again. 15 minutes later Markion showed up to a waiting room full of unhappy customers (about 7 of us). All of us were told our orders hadn't been started yet. Many left in frustration, but I had paid on the app so I waited it out. I thought it would be quick but Markion was the only person working on a Sweet 16 March Madness Friday night. He's a real one, though, and made every single customer's order himself. It took 50 minutes past my ready time for mine to come out of the kitchen, and Markion was the only worker seen that entire time. Every employee on schedule last night should be fired -- they don't work there after all. The general manager should be fired and Markion should take their place. He's the only person I've seen actually working there in all the times I've ordered.

  I made an online order and when it was delivered it was missing wings and had a messed up pizza had to drive up to the store to get it fixed and waited 2 additional hours for them the fix my order

  This Pizza Hut location has really gone down hill. This used to be a family favorite for us about once a month for a quick pick up after having a long day. But unfortunately, we can no longer grab pizza from this spot. For the past 6 months we have given them a chance to redeem themselves but it keeps getting worse. Each order we’ve received has either been wrong or made so quickly and sloppily that it is almost inedible. Some of the pizzas have also either been pulled too quickly and not cooked long enough or cooked too long and way over done. Not to mention a severe lack in cheese and toppings. Please, I beg you. If you listen to any review for this location, please follow the advice of this one and DO NOT waste your money here.

  How can you mess up a pizza not just once but twice? Sitting there waitting for 40 minutes. Yes it was hot and fresh. But only because you had to remake it twice.
