  I’ve been having problems with this specific McDonald’s for MONTHS!! Today’s problem? I went through the drive thru today & had the worst, most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in my life. I drive up to have my order taken & I’m asked “will you be using the app?” then had to listen to atleast 2 minutes of conversation between the workers before I was able to make my order after asking if I could make my order. Then I drive up to the first window to pay & had to listen to another 5 minutes of conversation between the workers who made eye contact with me multiple times while I sat in my car waiting to pay. Finally, a worker put her headset back on, walks up to the window & says “can I help you? Oh do you want to pay?” Yes, I would like to pay for my food, unless you want me to just go up to the second window & get my food without paying… So I pay but without being told my total & without my receipt in return. Thankfully, the second window was 10x faster & I got my food in less than 10 seconds. As I drove away & through the parking lot of both McDonald’s & Hyvee, I noticed other customers receiving the same treatment. Just overall unprofessional behavior & service. As a customer who has managerial experience specifically in fast food, I’m tempted to take a managers position at this McDonald’s location, fire the slackers & bring this McDonald’s on the right track.

  I love this McDonald’s. My daughter and I go here often, and they’re always polite. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and the food is always fresh!

  The other reviews about poor customer service are accurate. If they make mistakes in your order, they're far more likely to be rude to you than correct it. There are a couple of other stores in the area that are so much nicer. Avoid this one.

  Inside is clean. Ive known the ladies in drive thru for years. Nice people!
