There’s a younger black guy at the counter who always mumbles and the last time I went I clearly said what I wanted but it’s like he doesn’t even comprehend what I’m saying and he got mad. I had to repeat my order to him multiple times, and the worst part? It was ONE item. Also the food there isn’t always cooked right especially the chicken. Also for some reason the drink dispenser at this Wendy’s makes all the drinks taste horrible. I don’t know if it’s just never cleaned or it’s the machine itself but I’ve never gone to this Wendy’s and had a good experience with the drink machine. If there was any other fast food on this road the Wendy’s would be closed already.

She walked over to the counter looking already pissed, told us that we can't get that item. My boyfriend and I read her the notes and restrictions on the back of the coupon and that she should honor the coupon. She got even more mad and said you can't put it on the same order and split the order. Which was fine, she has no Customer Service Skills and if she treats the customers like crap, just imagine her employee who have to deal with her. She needs to be fired, there is no correction happening with her. Btw, coupon for kids $1.99 meal for the chicken tenders. I guess the tenders came out after the couon,...soo they are not allowed on that coupon....it did not specify a restriction on new items. Chicken Tenders, 2 orders, so 4 Tenders. Definitely would not break the bank. Thank you for reading my rant
