  Burger was so ridiculously small for what we paid. Meat patties were paper thin. Bun was stale. What a joke! Hadn’t been to Wendy’s in years, and man has it gone downhill. Not sure how they’re even still in business. Guys, maybe take a look at In-N-Out or Culver’s. Or just go back to the way you used to be. Six flavors of sauce isn’t going to make up for terrible food.

  This specific Wendy’s has a lot of problems. I work close to here so I use to come on my lunch most days however the service is horrible. There’s a younger black guy at the counter who always mumbles and the last time I went I clearly said what I wanted but it’s like he doesn’t even comprehend what I’m saying and he got mad. I had to repeat my order to him multiple times, and the worst part? It was ONE item. Also the food there isn’t always cooked right especially the chicken. Also for some reason the drink dispenser at this Wendy’s makes all the drinks taste horrible. I don’t know if it’s just never cleaned or it’s the machine itself but I’ve never gone to this Wendy’s and had a good experience with the drink machine. If there was any other fast food on this road the Wendy’s would be closed already.

  The manager was a horrid person. Cashier and my boyfriend and I were asking about a coupon. She walked over to the counter looking already pissed, told us that we can't get that item. My boyfriend and I read her the notes and restrictions on the back of the coupon and that she should honor the coupon. She got even more mad and said you can't put it on the same order and split the order. Which was fine, she has no Customer Service Skills and if she treats the customers like crap, just imagine her employee who have to deal with her. She needs to be fired, there is no correction happening with her. Btw, coupon for kids $1.99 meal for the chicken tenders. I guess the tenders came out after the couon,...soo they are not allowed on that coupon....it did not specify a restriction on new items. Chicken Tenders, 2 orders, so 4 Tenders. Definitely would not break the bank. Thank you for reading my rant

  The food was good but the soda tasted like soap and the ranch dipping sauce was missing from the order of small chicken nuggets. When I went back in to get it the shift manager wanted to argue like I wanted a second one or I just wanted one without buying nuggets at all and wanted the thrill of procuring a precious fifty cent pot of ranch dressing from them. Ridiculous. So if you are one of the chosen and actually receive the dipping sauce you order guard it with your life.
