- KKKayla6 days ago1.0If I could leave a lower review I would. Sometimes, we are desperate enough to get a Frosty from this location it’s either wrong or not working. We always get a chocolate brownie batter frosty and this time it was completely liquid, actually just warm. Didn’t even tell us that it wasnt ready or that the machine wasn’t working. The temperature in our car driving home actually did more work to make it cold than anything else. The manager and the workers were on their phones and thats not usually a problem for me but it’s just another thing to get frustrated over. Terrible drive thru experience. No pleasantries, no communication, just nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It didnt take too long to get my item but he was more focused on the conversation with his coworkers than anything else. The frosty was soupy and warm, 2 bites in i decided it wasnt worth it, tasted terrible. On the car ride home the room temperature made the frosty more thick and cold than when it was served to me. Highly reccomend avoiding this location.
