THEN THE IC GETLEMAN SAID WE WILL PREPATE A NEW SANDWHICH. THEN I aske if the had olive oil & lemon he did not answer however tbe rude lady said very abruptly NO WE DO NOT HAVE OLIVE OIL OR LENON I SAID THEN PLAIN IT IS. WHEN SHE DELIVERED THE NEWLY MADE FLATBREAD TO MY TABLE ... I SAID THANK YOU & SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD & WALKED AWAY ABRUPTLY. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED SO YOU DO MOT LOSE BUSINESS CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION IS THE #1 KEY TO THE SUCCESS OF A BUSINESS. I HAVE OWNED MY BUSINESS 34 YEARS DEALING WITH CLUENTS DAY IN AND DAY OUT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY FOR NO READIN AT ALL. BEST, CAROL SEMAAN
