I noticed front cashier this morning put on gloves without washing their hands first and touched multiple surfaces while handling the gloves then proceeded to serve the bakery item which defeats the purpose of wearing them. It would be much more sanitary to use tongs when serving bakery items. It's cleaner, and prevent direct contact with food.

All pagers are discharged. 25 minutes later they announce our order is done. It is wrong. They fix the order, it is burnt. Wait 15 minutes to speak with the manager...again. If you want Panera, try the one on Shawnee Mission Parkway. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Not sure what’s up with people these days thinking everyone wants to hear their entire conversation. Pick up the phone & talk. Ended up leaving because my husband and I couldn’t barely talk with the loud speaker conversation next to us.
