  Bought JJ today for dinner with my family. Wife got a Turkey Tom with “extra” turkey. Paid the money for it. The turkey was effectively 1 slice across the entire sandwich. There definitely wasn’t more than 1 layer of turkey so unless the normal standard is half a turkey sandwich and half a lettuce sandwich than sure- but certainly that’s not the case. We don’t recommend this specific chain to anyone because of this. It’s also happened on the club LuLu which is why we switched the order today. Go somewhere else for your sandwiches. Online order so I imagine the atmosphere is fine.

  Last two sandwiches bad, excessive fat on the ham and the buns were stale. Called to let them know they told me if the ham is fatty they have to sell it that way. They can't fix it unless it's within 12 hrs

  I got food poisoning from here and it was bad. I threw up multiple times, it was pretty bad. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.

  Really happy with my meal. Employees were very nice and my sandwich was fresh and delicious.
