  I typically come to this location since it’s near the highway this morning I went in and I can’t remember the name of the associate who took my order, but I absolutely loved them! They made sure to ask if I wanted smear since I didn’t say it because it was already starting to be a morning. I ordered a vanilla coldbrew and they referred to me by my name without talking at me and asked if I would like the cream stirred in. I told them absolutely because it saves me a little time that I could be eating my bagel! I hope I get the same associate again like I did this morning at 6am!

  Worst location in the city for breakfast. Always an hour plus wait with maybe 1 or 2 employees. Needs help bad in employees and time management.

  Do not order online from 95th and I35 location. They intentionally ignore stacking up online orders for people that walk in. No desire to do things right. They clear out orders without completing them.

  “Fast food” is not a term I would use to describe this place. Sure the food came out fine, but I walked in at 10:23 and didn’t get out until 11:09. I understand they messed up my order, but the fact I had to remind them 3 times that I did not get the correct order is ridiculous. Kind employees but terribly mismanaged.
