- KPKeya Pathak4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with my pickup order from Chipotle Mexican Grill. I ordered a veggie bowl, but it had pieces of chicken in it. As a vegetarian, this is completely unacceptable. I only realized after tasting something off.

I get the same thing every time and usually it tastes incredibly fresh, savory, spicy.. all the good things. But at this location it just doesn’t hit the same. The fresh wasn’t as fresh.. felt like seasonings were missing. Some items weren’t available, they hadn’t even prepped them. Usually chipotle is worth the $16 (I can get 2-3 meals from 1 bowl) but not this one.

We walked out in the middle of them making our bowl. Last time my husband said one of the employees "screamed" for another co worker to come out and help them, to the point it scared and shocked everyone in the building. Will not return. This location is a mess.
