  Our order was timely and exactly what we wanted. They even brought out our drinks so we didn't have to go to that part.

  I ordered 2 of the HunterX meals and was only given the nuggets and sauce. Then when we called the woman on the phone was rude. We went back to get a refund and was told later that they in fact had the fries, box, and most importantly the hunterx cards! They tried to lie to cover up their laziness and say the customer had to put all the items from the bag into the box. They said that it was corporate policy. Truly horrible experience.

  tell me why sere the manager at mcdonalds in leavenworth rudely handed me the drink after she remade the same drink wrong again! and I was very calm. and told her dont stir it!! i want the black coffee to stay on top as it shows on their menu!! i had called her and she continued to argue with me that she stirred it because of the syrup at the bottom! so she's just wanted to do what she wanted to do and listen to what I had requested. this is bad practice for mcdonald's a very unethical. i wouldn't ever come back to that mcdonald's ever!! this manager needs to be trained properly to not say HERE as she rudely hands my drink.

  Placed a mobile order at 10:15am for curbside pickup today. I parked in one of the marked spots and sat there for 10 minutes, and got the notification that my bacon egg and cheese biscuit and hash brown was being made. Great, right? After sitting there for 10 minutes, the app tells me that the spot I had parked at was invalid and to go up to the front counter. I noticed one of the curbside pickup employees walking back inside after handing another order off to another vehicle. When I ask her about it she shrugs and keeps walking. Okay, fine whatever. I head inside, and the lady at the counter was extremely rude when I showed her my app WITH the order still pulled up. She barely glances at the screen and tells me that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. It’s 10:31am at this point. I explain I had placed the order at 10:15am, which if she actually looked at the screen she would’ve seen that. Lovely. She calls a manager(?) who explains that the new updated system doesn’t show them orders that have been placed ahead of time and that they never saw it. 1. I placed my order to be picked up immediately, I don’t even know if you can put in to pick up at a future time. 2. Other customers in other vehicles parked at the curbside pickup spots were getting their food, which you can only get IF you order ahead on the app (mind blowing, right? 🤯🤯) I ended up having to wait 10 minutes before my food and drink is in my hands. While standing in line, I hear the woman at the register - the SAME woman who told me they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am by the way - tell another customer that they stop serving breakfast at 11:00am. Which is it? It’s 10:40am by the time I get back in my car. Obviously the lady up front was incredibly rude and unprofessional, as well as incompetent if she doesn’t even know when they stop serving breakfast.
