After repeating my order several times, I told her to cancel my order. She responded over the intercom "I'm coming out there". She ran from the building to our vehicle, apologized and took our order. When she came out with our food, one of the items was incorrect. She apologized and ran back inside, returning a minute later with the corrected food. I want to say how much I appreciate the exceptional customer by this employee. She went above and beyond. Keep up the good work, Kelsey!

However, the guy taking the order appeared confused or something. The speaker stopped working while ordering and the employee came out and just stared at us awkwardly. I thought getting French fries would be a safe bet for a late night snack but they were horrible and hard. We didn’t finish our food. The atmosphere was nice and there was a little playground you don’t see too often at Sonics.
