    Im from out of state I've been to Sonic for years all around the United States this by far the poorest customer service I ever received is at this location just left today my oreo blast depends on who makes it they put oreo on top forger to it inside the rest of the blast one day I was shorted 40 something cents..everytime I pull up Im like either the only car or one car at the windows ill just sit there waiting on them to even answer me....several get smart one day a girl in there says you literally just pulled up because I drove to the windows because every time I pull up they never answer I have to say hello its not a short wait its a long delay even if its gonna be a delay say hello ill be with you in just one momment your headset is gonna beep and let you know that the customer is there ready too take the order then the same girl that gets slick at the mouth everytime I come says your card had a error but she's holding the card machine for me to insert my car but al flimy so Im having to push too get the card in she's got a smart mouth she's says you dont have to push it so hard wel evidently its not reading because I cant push my chip in enough because u barely holding tight to the device just a bad experience everytime I stopped going a few weeks tried again today the cheeseburger one time was burnt Im not going back again giving my money they need to do their job and answer its cold just sitting up there waiting for a worker the respond too you it doesn't take that long too help someone unless you got a long line abd people outside in the slots I've been to sonics thats roller skating all over cold and all cars everywhere and in drove thru and guess what they still answer and got way more work to too and the food doesn't taste like crap

    I ordered through the app didnot complete my order until I pulled into the stall. Got my order at 6: 21 when I pulled into stall. It was out at 6:25 takes more than 4 minutes to cook burger.. Was home by 6:30. Food was cold my bottom bun was burnt. Poor management is all I can say!

    To start the drive thru menu not lit up and the screen to view your order was scrambled. Ordered 2 large breakfast toaster combos. I ordered a large coffee with 1 of the combos. Got to the window and was handed our order and handed a small cup of coffee with the understanding I ordered a large combo. The gentlemen working the window told me they only have the one size coffee. So I asked him is it ok to take money for a large combo and not provide a large combo? It is your staff’s responsibility to inform your customers when placing there order what is included and not included or available with their selections instead of of just taking your customers money! Absolutely unacceptable and refund was not even offered! Shitty service!

    This place is trash! Every time I go there, thier speakers broken. Card machine doesn't work in any stalls and I pay 18 to 20 bucks every time the foods so old it could cause food poisoning, I'm throwing a whole chicken combo because the chicken isnt chicken anymore, its a brick
