  Ordered to a local hotel- $5 delivery charge plus $8 tip for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks and the delivery driver wouldn’t even bring it to my room- had to meet at the front desk. If $13 doesn’t get an order to my room- what does?

  Where's the toppings. I ordered a meatlovers medium pizza. It cost me $30.00 ok $27.13 and it hardly had any toppings on the pizza. I couldn't ever eat at any pizza hut ever again 😞

  If you live on post don’t do delivery. You have to wait for a door dash driver who can deliver on post which can add up to an hour to your order. Meanwhile your food just sits there.

  I'm fairly new in town. Love Pizza Hut pizza, but the service here is way below par. Hubby called in an order, I went to pick it up, but they had no order. I ordered and paid, but then began to wonder if hubby paid when he called in his order. They wouldn't let me use their phone to call hubby and ask!! So I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This was done without question, but they didn't want to provide me with a refund receipt! I drove home, verified we had not already paid, placed a new order then drove back to the store to pay and pick it up. The man I dealt with that time was courteous and helpful, the saving grace this night. The 2 gals I dealt with earlier really need to find a different line of work. Next time I'll try Lansing.

  Store is trash, every time I order sauce or sides they forget it. Deliver driver looked right at me and said the ranch was in the box…. It wasn’t. When I called the store “Caitlyn” picked up the phone and when I said I didn’t want the pizza she hung up on me like I was wrong smh…. Take your business somewhere else… “ no one put pizzas the hut “ except this place. Garbo
