- LPL PierOct 22, 20255.0I have made this my go to pizza place. Every pizza I have had is absolutely delicious. I order delivery and it is always fresh, hot & fast. They utilize door dash for delivery which I’m not particularly fond of. Had a horrible experience with a door dash named Miguel. He “delivered” to wrong address & proceeded to argue he hadn’t. Papa John’s made good on it immediately & the 2nd door dash driver was awesome. Tonight I ordered & saw Miguel was going to be the delivery person. I called my Papa John’s & said I do NOT want him delivering. They fixed that quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food!

I called to address the issue, and the acting manager, David, hung up on me twice without offering any kind of solution or apology. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
