  Nostalgic feel to the place. Good food and blizzards, the moolatte wasn't too great but other than that it was an okay experience!

  Above and Beyond Service at Dairy Queen on Broadway 🍔🍟🥤 I recently had a great experience at the Dairy Queen in Leavenworth, KS. I stopped in about a week ago for a cheeseburger using a coupon I received in the mail, buy one Signature Stacked Burger and get one for 99¢, and the entire visit went smoothly. It was snowy that morning, and I arrived about 20 minutes before opening. The employee let me know they would be opening shortly, which was completely understandable. What really stood out was that about 5 to 7 minutes early, he noticed me waiting outside and opened up ahead of schedule to assist me. That simple gesture meant a lot. He was friendly, patient, and made sure he clearly understood the coupon and my order before proceeding. After placing the order, I walked over to Goodwill and Family Dollar. When I returned, my food was ready just as promised. I walked it home, sat down, and enjoyed two excellent cheeseburgers, fries, and a Dr Pepper, prepared exactly the way they should be. The food was solid, but the customer service truly went above and beyond. The photo I’m sharing was taken last night as I walked home after a productive day. The Dairy Queen looked great lit up in front of the Goodwill, and it felt worth capturing 💯

  A very large man named Raymond, driving a black Cadillac, ordered at least 5 extra large blizzards to eat all by himself. When I got to the front it turned out he paid it forward! Thank you, Raymond, for allowing this evening to become an even brighter one. Cheers!
