I think she covered for the guy that was the host. She had short hair I think. The waiter was awesome at least. Food was good. A few of the wings were questionable when it comes to fully cooked.

Sat for at least 15 minutes before a kid came over and said he was our server but needed a few minutes before he could take our order... ok...then he brought out 2 take out orders, gave them to the customers, and proceeded to lean on the desk and watch tv!!!!! WHAT?!?! There was only 4 other tables with people in the place, felt like the Twilight Zone! We eventually got up and left and the employee watching tv never even looked our way! VERY disgusted, and will NEVER be back!

I dont even think that its due to slow cooking. The takeout pickup area is literally the farthest point away from the kitchen, not like alot of places where the bar handled takeout and its right beside the kitchen. So they just never bring the food out. When you arrive everyone just ignores the fact that your there until you get frustrated and go to the kitchen door. Most of the time the food is ready but just in the kitchen. Its just the attitude or lack of concern regarding the customer. But I attempted to tell the manager about it and she just looked at me and smirked so obviously the lack of customer service is what's trained and expected here.
