    I processed a mobile order and requested no ham or onions. I get home and my sandwich has ham and onions. I love Jimmy John's but this is upsetting and disappointing. Literally just read the words on the order and do what it asks. It's not hard to leave something OFF OF A SANDWICH. Boo. 🍅🍅🍅
