Finally when one came to the front I was greeted rudely like it was an inconvenience for them to have to work! After 15 minutes with noone in lobby or drive threw they dropped part of the order in the fryer so i asked is that my order just being started the employee lied and said no it wasnt! Again no customers in sight I have the video to prove this! I was so frustrated I walked out! This place should just lock the doors its beyond help!

The menu was still set to lunch so I sat there for 5 min and they finally came to the speaker. I ordered and she didn't get any of it so asked me to repeat it. The girl seemed super out of it. I repeated the order and pulled up and noticed that they had cars waiting for their orders. She tells me "there's no where for you go so I guess just wait here"..... I said can I have extra Cholula" she comes back and said they ran out. I wouldn't have ordered this if there was nothing to do on it. Such a disappointment.
