  Count on an order delay and a minimum wait of 25 min in the drive thru just to even pick anything up that was ordered ahead. The line was no better inside either.

  This is not the first time I have been disappointed by the food here. I was really looking forward to a bagel today and instead got more of a biscuit. I really don't think I will be going back.

  Just visited Panera yesterday for the first time in almost 20 years. I had a sudden craving for the asiago bagels I used to get there in the early 2000's... so I went in and bought a couple of them… brought them home…toasted them...And I was so soooo disappointed. I don't know if the change has been gradual or if it mostly occured when they stopped baking fresh dough daily on-site?....but I can tell you the change has been "drastic". They used to be quality bagels...dense...chewy...and with a decent amount of asiago and salt....now they are like cheap (fake) bagels...airy like a bun....no texture...and almost zero flavor and if there was any asiago on these bagels, it was no more than like three grated shreds on top "just for show". Panera....this experience is making me equate you with typical fast food like McDonalds or Burger King...I know I will not be back unless I hear you have gone back to the original bagels. They were sooooo good....and now they are sooooo bad. Not worth a third of their price. :((

  Had a wonderful time dining at this west Lawrence location. The staff was beyond helpful going out of their way to make sure their customers were taken care of. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and refreshing bite, stop by Panera on west 6th. The manager who was helping me today was named Olivia and she was outstanding host. Hats off to Panera!! 5⭐️

  We live near the north panera, so we pick up food here often. Today we decided to dine in, but it was disappointing. Our tomato & broccoli soups were luke warm at best. We think they let them sit out while they made the rest of our order. We hoped they had the soups at a safe hot temps so we don't have to worry about them being bad. The salad and grilled cheeses we got were all good. The employee who took our order didn't really give us our options when he took our order. For instance, our granddaughter ordered a kids grill cheese and he just automatically put her side in as chips. He seemed confused when we asked what options she had for her side with her meal. Then finally listed them off for her and she choose an apple, it took a while for him to change her side in his register from the chips he put in to the apple she choose. We will give them another try and hope they are just having a bad day. We tossed both is the soups, not good cold.
