Instead of letting me know beforehand, that waited until I was in the store to tell me they didn't have the stuff I'd traveled there to get. Would have gone to a different Panera. Today, I had a question and stood in line for 5 minutes (timed it) and no one showed up at the register or bothered to acknowledge me at all. So I left without ordering. Go to the other Panera in Lawrence if you want accurate menu items or to actually be able to order.

The coffee wasn’t all to good with just wasn’t an enjoyable experience, different Panera’s have made for a better experience for sure but this one particularly has given me an issue.
