I pulled up to a curbside number, placed my order, and had it before the car that was at the end of the drive thru line when I pulled up was at the window. And, the drive thru was moving fast!

But this was the ladt straw. With 10 or more cars in the drive-through lane, they still managed to give me the oldest, dryest cheeseburger I've ever experienced (anywhere, not just McDonalds or this McDonalds). The girl at the pickup window didn't look at me or speak. Even when I said "thank you" as she reached out behind her back with my sack; no acknowledgement. I would have said rough time or bad day, but this has been getting worse over months. It's the new trend. This was on December 4 at 6:20 p.m.
