  Kelly ,the general manager, was very helpful on a large catering order even thought I had to cancel. She was professional and prompt. Very good employee.

  Usually I love Jimmy John's. Downtown. This time I was behind a guy who clearly asked for a BLT. I don't know how you can mix that up with anything else on their menu, phonetically, but the cashier managed. Then they didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for one, the cashier picked it up out of the trash with her bare hands and handed it to me with a smirk on her face. She didn't appear to have any intention to go wash up, either. Disgusting. I won't be going back for at least another 6 months. Hopefully she'll have moved on by then.
