  The subs are 80% wet, stringy lettuce. Our toasted ones were over-toasted and tasteless. They've gone WAAAAY down in quality, didn't label sandwiches and drinks, and even left on the onions for my 8yo when I requested not to have them! We will NOT be ordering from Jimmy John's again! Their subs used to be really great as an occasional treat, but they're now just a complete waste of money!

  Made excuses on how they couldn't deliver then I said I would pay with card. Then she continued to make excuses like we can't toast your sandwich and laughed I canceled my order because I had too Frankie needs some training.

  I was very pleased with the menu and that they have lettuce wraps (the Unwich). Very hard to find restaurants that have lettuce wraps and that are gluten free friendly. Ingredients that I ordered was very fresh and it is very healthy way to eat.
