  Water was not filled, had to ask. Did not get check for 40 minutes. Wings were cooked to a crisp. This is not a good restaurant.

  Very disrespectful staff. I’ll never go again! We waited 2 hours for food and still didn’t get everything we ordered. Even when we got the little food we did, everything was cold. They were trying to make our table pay for things we didn’t even get. The waiter told us we had to pay for it even though we didn’t got it. We told her we’re not paying for things we don’t get and she brought 3 other people to our table telling us we had to pay for things we didn’t even get. The manager was very unprofessional. He didn’t care what happened, he got heated and told my father let’s take this outside then proceeded to kick all of us out for all of us trying to explain that we didn’t get half of our order so we weren’t going to pay for it. Very disappointing.

  Lost our order after waiting a hour. Dumb people working here. Place has gone downhill.

  We’ve been to several B-Dubs and know what to expect in terms of food and service. Our order of cheese curds was half of what it usually is and arrived warm but not hot. The traditional wings were dry and missing the dry rub we ordered. Greasiest burger I’ve ever had, and not in a good way. I had to get a different plate after it dripped for a couple of minutes. The only positives were the fries and how cold the beer was. I’ll add that we were there on a cold snowy night between 5:30 and 6:30 pm., they weren’t busy with patrons. We watched our server stand by the bar and watch tv.
