The employee was trying to remain professional and do their job but the manger kept going. It is unacceptable for a manager to behave this way. I do not care if that employee did something wrong that is not how you handle it!

Went back up to order dessert & a cake to-go, and the employee who helped us this time messed up our bizzards, putting the mint in the Heath instead of the Oreo one, which was a bummer. Did see one ant inside the store but we did sit by the door so I'm not gonna be too upset but definitely could be a bit cleaner and newer employees might need to be monitored better
