  Saben was working the front counter and took our order. Another customer grabbed our food by mistake and returned it when they realized it wasn't their food. Saben remade our order and brought it over to our table and apologized. Saben exhibited great customer service from the start of our interaction with him. Great job, Saben. Keep up the good work.

  I had delivered two meals and one of my meals happened to be a Greek gyro which was supposed too come with no onions but instead it came with no onions or meat, I’ve worked food service so ik how much stress it can be somtimes so I called and had talked too a lady who said she’d be right back too correct my order and then proceeded too hang up on me. Very poor customer service.

  I have tried the get food from this store four time this month drive thus closed sit there no service. But this week stopped at 4pm wanted roast beef sandwiches walk inside to order there was a guy waiting there. We called for 20 mins Noone waited on us. A older lady walked out from back walked by us went outside walk in passed us by too back. And I walked and will never go back again. And I look at reviews and I see the same thing going on.How can the review food if Noone takes the order.

  Finally decided to eat lunch and picked Arby's. The restaurant and parking lot were very clean including the restroom. We were assisted by Raven who has outstanding customer service skills. We received great food in a timely fashion. Great food with a great price. Will recommend this location and we will definitely be back. Thank you again Raven and Arby's for this quick and amazing lunch.

  Loved the food and the guy who took our order he was so polite and even said have a great day when we left.
