    Ordered our food, waited 5 minutes to get to the window. Waited there for about 3 minutes just to be asked to park on the other side because it’s going to be another 5 minutes to cook chicken tenders.

    ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY!!! Arrived at store, there was 1 person in front of me at the counter and there were 5-6 cars in the driveway thru. There were three employees in the store. The women handling the counter never made contact with me or the guy in front of me. She passed by multiple times to fill drive thru orders and never looked at us or even acknowledge us. She had two interactions with two customers who had already ordered food. She didnt smile or even ask them if they needed anything else. She just slid the tray across the counter, called their name and walked away. Both the guy and myself were there for 10 minutes without any service or acknowledgement. She was not handling the stress of the business as I could hear her mumbling to herself, that and lack of proper customer interactions. Why didnt the employee at the drive thru help out between orders? If you can't manage the dining room then maybe it shouldn't be open.
