  Can't make the pineapple citrus drink had me wait over 10 mins i got so mad i had to go outside this is RIDICULOUS I'M NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

  absolute worst service!!! whoever the guy is that was working the 12AM shift on March 21st should be fired. i had to go through the drive thru 3 times just for them to get my order wrong each time, i have a cheese allergy!! they kept giving me cheese!! they ended up taking the food back and giving me a refund, so i waisted 30 minutes of my time. i got home and called, they didn't pick up the first 3 times, picked up the 4th said "hello?" and then hung up before i could get a word in. the 5th time i said i was pissed and he said "if you're gonna start a conversation like that then i'm not gonna waste my time on you" i said "are you kidding me? that's extremely unprofessional!" and he said "ok bye" and hung up! i expect corporate to do some this is ridiculous! i was in tha drive thru a total of 30 min and they couldn't make two burgers right.

  Got my order wrong two times before it was right. Food was still undercooked and not done all the way. This place has really went downhill majorly. Very disappointed and I come here quite often. Will not be doing so anymore

  Waited 15min for 1 chicken sandwich then gives me a bacon cheese burger instead of a double stack idk how they got confused they sound completely different
