When I pulled up, someone on the intercom told me they were in a "team meeting" and asked me to pull around to the window to wait. I sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I could clearly see the staff inside making drinks for people in the lobby, yet I was completely ignored at the window. If the store is open for business, there is no reason a "meeting" should stop service, or at the very least, one person should be able to step away to take an order. There was zero attempt to apologize or accommodate me for the long wait. It felt like my time wasn't valued at all.
