    I showed up and I wasn’t even sure if the place was open. I pulled into the stalls the speaker was so shitty. I didn’t know what the woman told me. Apparently it’s drive-through only in a certain point. So I go to the drive-through and try to order a milkshake. They informed me that the ice cream machine is broken. I left, never to return. 0/10 experience

    There was no staff it was a very long wait. Food was good but took forever get staffed and sonic would be a good quick option again.

    ordered online, took about 40 minutes for them to bring out the food(I had to call their location, once I did it took them about 5 minutes to bring the food out, so i don’t know why they couldn’t have just done that in the first place when I got there) When I called their restaurant they said they were backed up with door dash orders, if that is true, shouldn’t they prioritize the customers who are actually there? Food was cold, and they forgot a drink, had to go back to get the drink. This was late at night, went to this location since they are opened late. Maybe you guys need to close early like the location in mission because it doesn’t seem like the employees want to do their job at night.(again we were waiting for about 40 minutes, and witnessed about 4 cars pushing the button, not getting answer and then driving away because nobody would help them on the intercom.) Why have your location open late if this store can’t handle it? I am never one to complain and I am always very patient and understanding but this was actually terrible service. Seems like i’m not the only one who has had this issue.

    I am never one to leave bad reviews, but this has got to be one of the worst sonics i’ve ever been too. Takes 30+ minutes everytime i've ordered. I order off of my phone which you would think would be quicker but it’s not, then finally i hit the button and they had me go to the drive thru this time, when she opened the window it smelt like cigarettes from inside the building, then she didn’t even know what drink I had. They're always just standing there doing nothing. There was one other car there with me at 9:50pm, there was no reason at all for it. Workers always look out of it as well. Needs new staff. or management. or both.

    Spooky as all get out after dark. We were the only ones there. Ordered in a stall, waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks, finally broke down and called the location. They told us to go through the drive through to pick it up. Waited in the drive through for another 5 minutes while the employees inside chatted. I watched them grab our drinks, which had seemingly been completed for a long while, off the counter and bring them to us. I guess it must be really hard to screw up a slush because they tasted fine.
