I placed an order for breakfast and received my food in a timely manner. The employee, Shelly, hurriedly dropped the bag off and walked away as I was asking was there jelly in the bag, to which her reply was yes. I sat the bag on my lap and noticed there was a red jelly spot on my light blue pants. I looked on the bottom of the bag and saw that there was jelly on the outside of the bag, none was spilled inside. It didn't not wipe away, but after a sleepless night and travel I was starved and ate my food first, then I'd request some sort of wet nap afterwards. After my meal was finished I notoced there were no trashcans anywhere on the property.. With bag in hand I went to knock on one of the door to ask for a wet nap and a trashcan. No answer. I waited. No one came. I knocked on another door and waited. Still no answer. I walked to the drive-thru windows and knocked. Waited. Nothing. I knocked on the windows next to the reviving window and waited. Shelly opened the receiving door and begrudgingly asked how she could help me. I asked for a wet wipe of some sort to which she responded, "We don't have any" I showed her the bottom of the bag with jelly and the stain on my pants and asked if I could have some water and napkins. She snarled "We charge for water." Even for customers? , I asked. Yes, she replied. I asked if this was a nationwide policy as I have eaten at plenty of Sonic's and this had never been my experience. She responded, "I only know about this one." So I inquired, see as I have a stain on my pants due to someone there leaving jelly on my pants, she interrupted, "We charge!" I asked for her last name to which she snappedd, "I don't have to tell you that!" I replied, I was just asking, to which she repeated, "I don't have to tell you that." I walked away, confused by her angry disposition because she was serving a customer while at work. Shelly is bad for business. Very terrible experience.
