  Avoid the drive thru at all cost. Complete time waste. Manager needs to be fired for the way they handle this. Getting all these people thru the drive thru and then making us wait for half an hour or more for this mediocre food.

  I came through the drive through Sunday April 5th at 2:36am and ordered a caramel iced coffee. The girl in the drive-thru kept asking if I was sure that's what I wanted and said do you know what time it is? Finally after the 3rd are you sure question from her. I told her yes I was sure I am a third shifter and wanted a coffee! She was very rude and unprofessional!!

  This has got to be the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. I have been waiting in the same line for 40 minutes now, and because of how the layout is, you can't leave the line once you're in it. I rarely leave negative Google reviews, but this has to be said so people can go anywhere else and get their food in a reasonable time.

  Multiple times now I’ve been giving the wrong order, like someone just throws random things into a bag and puts the receipt on it, food was not fresh either, it’s quite disappointing, also had to wait 30 minutes for my food, just overall a bad experience, management needs to step up
