  This review is a note to myself to avoid this location. I did a mobile order, prepaid for my food, drove to go get it (this location was on our way home) and then sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Not exaggerating. I didn't want to leave because I had PAID for my food on the mobile app. I was very patient and kind with the young man taking orders (I think he couldn't find the mobile order?) I was trying to show him my phone to show it was prepaid ... and he was flustered. He's a kid and I get it. I was *trying* to be patient. But we were in line for 30 MINUTES. BUT then the manager comes to the Window ... doesn't try to understand what's going on, just gives me attitude about "you need to give the mobile order number when you come to the drive thru"... um excuse me? A) yes I did that. Multiple times. This is not my first rodeo. (I have an embarrassing number of points on my mobile app) B) I paid for my food, just give it to me. What in the world. It was *Ridiculous.* Who is the franchise owner here? I will never return to this location and maybe need to avoid other of their franchises too if their management training includes "make sure to be rude to customers." Final point... when we finally got to the food window the ladies/staff were very kind and pleasant so kudos to them.

  Great service! We had an order that we had placed online for a different store and when we arrived at that store (4427 Shawnee Dr.) the "manager" was super rude and denied us service even though the app was showing we placed the order and we showed him where the 64+ dollars had been deducted from my daughter's account. , He was shockingly disrespectful to us. We at this point decided to go to a different McDonalds and just reorder and worry about the jerk at 4427 Shawnee Drive another day. Upon our arrival to the McDonalds on 42nd and Kansas Ave. They were immediately helpful. The young lady behind the counter got all 64+ dollars of food to us very quickly and it was correct even with all of our customizations we had. All in all, never going to 4427 Shawnee Drive again but was won over completely by 42nd and Kansas Ave. Thanks guys!

  If I could give them zero stars I would. The order taker cut me off while I was ordering and had me pull forward to the window. When I got there she read my order to me and asked if that was right. I told her "No, you didn't give me the chance to finish my order." I wasn't nasty about it, just informing. She sighed, rolled her eyes and said "what do you need" like I was inconveniencing her day. After she told me the total everything else was done in complete silence. You could tell she wanted me gone as quickly as possible. At the next window after a few minutes, the lady(different 1) came up with a big smile and as she said here's your food she started snickering uncontrollably. She handed me my food and closed the window as quickly as possible. I was pretty suspicious at this point. So I decently to check my food. It was bad. Sandwiches was messy. McChicken with mayo all over the wrapper, inside and out. The burger was the greasiest McDonald's burger over ever seen. It looked like they had bathed the bun in grease. On the inside it looks like they scrapped a bunch of stuff from the grill and added that with grease to the burger. I know the first l lady got her friends to mess with my food. If I had eaten that it would have made me sick. I'm sure they did other worse things to other people. I threw everything out and won't ever go here again. It's horrifying to think if they had done something like this to a kid or an older person. You could kill someone that way. And they thought it was funny as hell. Terrible and evil. For no reason.

  Lady working the drive thru was incredibly RUDE. Rude while taking your order. Shoves an overflowing coffee at you. Shoves your food at you. Doesn’t say a word and glares at you. She needs to find a new job.
